Q: Will a relaxation massage provide any relief for physical pain?
A: Our massage treatments are designed to be slow and relaxing, however various techniques can be applied to address areas of tension such as tightness in the neck/shoulders. It is important to note we are not a remedial massage service designed to address specific issues in the body. With that said, if you are holding tension in the body due to stress, a relaxation massage that focuses on calming the nervous system may be exactly what you need.

A: Yes, we offer a mobile service to cater for private bookings and events including retreats, hens/bridal parties, girls weekends etc. To enquire about your upcoming event please contact us.

Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due on arrival for all in-studio treatments. Payment terms for event bookings is specified in the booking process.

Q: Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
A: Yes, we offer 60, 90 and 120 minute gift vouchers. Purchase of gift vouchers is currently paused as we are currently closed on break. Once bookings reopen gift vouchers will be available to purchase.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in the Northern Rivers region. Our new location will be announced once bookings reopen.
Q: What massage oil do you use?
A: We use a pure liquid coconut oil base, infused with an essential oil of your choosing.​​
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.​​​
